Shipping policy

 

We ship Globally via Australia Post.  Current shipping rates and expected times can be found here:  Toasty Shipping rates 

Orders will be shipped from our Brisbane Australia warehouse no later than the next business day following the order being placed. You will receive a tracking email with carrier information and an estimated arrival date once your order has shipped.

Dispatch delays may occur during busy periods

 

 

Please note that orders outside of Australia may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, those duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country.

When you make a purchase from Toasty Life, you are liable for any additional duties so please take this into account when placing your order

Toasty Life does not cover postage costs for returns or exchanges from outside of Australia. Please choose carefully.
