We want to make shopping with Toasty as simple as possible. That’s why we offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $50 and free express international shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery times, international shipping, and returns.

AUSTRALIA

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

  • Orders ship from our Brisbane warehouse within 1 business day.
  • You’ll receive a tracking email with carrier details and an estimated delivery date once dispatched.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia Post) – + $10

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (allow +1 business day for WA)

INTERNATIONAL

Free Express International Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

  • Shipped via Australia Post Express International
  • Estimated delivery: 3–12 business days

🚫 Important: At this time, we are unable to ship to the USA due to unresolved tariff requirements.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged in their own country.
  • Toasty Life is legally required to declare the full purchase value on all shipments and include an invoice for customs clearance.
  • For more details, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

RETURN TO ORIGIN

If an order is returned to us because customs charges were refused or unpaid, a return handling fee of $50 AUD will be deducted once the item is processed back into our warehouse.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Please double-check your details carefully—particularly your email and shipping address—before submitting your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.
