We hope you love your TOASTY and never want to take it off! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition
• All tags and labels must remain attached
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not received in its original condition

RETURN COSTS

• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs
• International customers are also responsible for any return customs duties or taxes

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will respond with return instructions.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect your item.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or exchange and cover reasonable return postage costs.
